Madelyne Pryor, la Reina Duende¹, es la esposa del X-Man Cíclope², Scott Summers, y la madre de su hijo, Nathan Christopher Summers.

Madelyne ama a Scott, pero él le falla continuamente. Nunca está a su lado por quedarse con los X-Men (y está ausente durante el nacimiento de Nathan). Abandona a su familia al descubrir que su antiguo amor, Jean Grey, está viva. No evita que Nathan sea secuestrado y Madelyne casi asesinada. Después de esto, intenta reiniciar una relación con Jean.

Durante Inferno, cuando los demonios de otra dimensión invaden la Tierra, Madelyne por fin sucumbe a su lado oscuro. Todo podría haber sido diferente si Scott le hubiera dado una oportunidad real.

Il abandonne sa famille quand il découvre que son ancien amour, Jean Grey, est encore en vie. Il n'évite pas que Nathan soit kidnappé et Madelyne presque assassinée. Ensuite, il essaie de renouer avec Jean.

Pendant l'Inferno, quand des démons d'une autre dimension envahissent la Terre, Madelyne succombe enfin à son côté obscur. Tout pourrait avoir été différent si Scott avait lui donné une chance réel.

Madelyne Pryor, the Goblin Queen, is the wife of the X-Man Cyclops, Scott Summers, and the mother of his son, Nathan Christopher Summers.

Madelyne loves Scott, but he continuously fails her. He is never beside her because he is with the X-Men (and is absent during Nathan's birth). He abandons his family when he discovers his old love, Jean Grey, is alive. He does not prevent the kidnapping of his son and the almost-successful murder of his wife. After this, he tries to restart a relationship with Jean.

During Inferno, when demons from another dimension invade Earth, Madelyne succumbs at last to her dark side. Everything could have been different had Scott given her a real chance.
